What a wonderful promise isn't it? To know that God is always holding you in His hands. Today is a Sunday! And so I went to church! yay! church! haha. I love going to church! and yay i learned more abt the army haha. sudden interest. cuz that time my juniors all talk abt their kor in army and i totally dunno what they talking abt-.- haha ndp should be quite interesting! the dance today was very nice! oh and we had 3 new friends in youth today! Hillsongs! Random highness XD

rah. the tea session clash with the training. very sad that i have to miss the training:( i think it's really helpful!

i will not blog or go on facebook until at least this weekend.

ahhh school reopens tmr. high school have e learning for one week can. unfair. means high school canteen won't be open also :( eh start of blocks. i hope i pass everything :X

Happiness is a choice.

went to school for math consult today. met fann and emily on the bus! :) got stopped at the gate when i reached school to fill in some form and take temperature. kill a lot of trees. well i guess it's better than kill a lot of people ba.

math consult was supposed to be from 9-11 end up we had it from 9-1. too many questions to ask already. thanks mrs yap for spending so much time with us! haha now i'm more confident for math! (hopefully XP)

i shall chiong cll for the next 3 days and hopefully organic chem. cuz cll is on mon and i haven't started oops. i will be very hardworking from tmr to 8 july. and see, that's a kind of procrastination already.

Since I am waiting for Yan to finish reading her pages and pages of research, I shall blog about today! Haha should be have quite a lot of things to blog abt cuz I went out :)

Had cats outing today. If you don't know what cats means, it stands for cornet and trumpet section XD Haha and cats basically just refers to my Nanyang trumpet section. Yup, we went to east coast park! I met them at Clementi mrt (amanda was late as usual-.-) and we took mrt there followed by bus then walk. Far right! Haha at least I still can remember the way:) I remember 3 ways of getting to ecp lah. eh actually it's just alight at 3 different bus stops then walk there. First one is when I was sec 3 and our batch had to plan band outing so we go recee ecp and i remember we walked for very long just to find the place we wanted to find. Second was going with my family and my 3 cousins from america. And the last one is how we went today lor. And also for cell outing last time.

We reached there and started eating! Found a nice shady area and put down the mat. But the mat too small so end up put all the food on the mat and we sit on the floor-.- I think i have a picnic mat at home but i dunno where mummy keeps it oops. Everyone brought a bit of food and we shared. Not bad, almost finish all the food :) And after that we went cycling! Yuzhen, Jiaxin and Huishan decided to roller blade and the rest of us cycled. Haha my juniors very funny. At first keep screaming whenever another person comes near them. But after a while it became better :D Cycle cycle cycle. Then went to the jetty to wait for the ppl roller blading. And we took section picture at the jetty too! Haha I think the picture of all their backs very cool. Cheryl very cute. She knew I was taking picture then purposely make everybody look down XD

So the roller bladers went back first cuz they take a lot longer than us haha. The rest of us went to cycle up a spiral thingy. most had a hard time getting up. then come down funnier. Everybody got different pattern, but most end up screaming lah :) after that cycle back and return the bikes.

Then decided to build sandcastles. Some played ball, some build sandcastle, some played water and got themselves all wet and were freezing on the bus ride back -.- Haha they found a crab i think. And the sandcastle we built is very pretty! It's the CATS castle haha. And soon, we got hungry! So we went to eat. Ate at subway just as Pauline predicted:) First time for some people. I remember when I ate subway for the first time, I was super blur. Cuz like got so many things to choose. Lucky Grace was there so I just followed everything she said XD and after eating we went back lor.

We decided to take bus back so that we can sleep on the bus and when they get to Yuzhen's house they won't all fall asleep but somehow nobody ended up sleeping on the bus anyway -.- The bus ride is super long! It's erm 54 stops i think. And the bus was crawling like a tortoise... but we managed to entertain ourselves anyway. End up playing charades, teach them some games, talk, attempted to sleep. Yup, and when we reached clementi I parted ways with them cuz they all going yuzhen's house to stay over.

haha actually they plan to tmr all go band together, which will most prob end up the whole section late and li ting will have 9 more rounds to add on to her 153 rounds o.O But there's one nanyang girl with suspected H1N1 so all activities cancelled. Haha they super happy lah. The first thing amanda asked was like "so what are we going to do tmr?". And Guan Teng is trying to make me go out with them so that I won't be mugging and make her feel guilty for not mugging :P haha but i think they'll end up waking up at 12 noon? maybe I shall be evil and all and wake them up at like 8am... provided i myself can wake up haha. looking at the time now...

ya. ok i'm done. but yan isn't done yet. haiz. i wanted to post pic on facebook. like long time ago the syf pic. so i started posting. after posting the first 5 i realised that those pics weren't taken from my camera. then starting wondering how come i had them in my com and realised 'oh. i downloaded them from facebook. and wait. so why am i uploading them again?' -.- dumb right. then when i wanted to post those that were taken using my camera, the internet refused to work. rah. irritating. then i wanted to read fanfic but decided not to jeopardise the rest of my limited mugging time.

hmm what else to say. my leg muscles are aching:( it's not the pain kind of ache. just very uncomfortable kind. it's a bit like last time i went kayaking. but that time my arms were really uncomfortable until very pain. like at night i had to find a comfortable position to put my arms or else pain until cannot sleep:( i think too much lactic acid or something o.O lol. bio.

oh and today reminded me of cell outing lah. haha although we were riding the bicycles a lot slower. but like same place and everything. hmm... they're supposed to tell me where they're going tmr but they still haven't. Anyway i have piano lesson. so dunno if i can go. and i need to study. Like if they wake up at 12 then slowly take turns use toilet and then eat brunch, by time they go out already like 2 plus 3pm.

i really hope holidays are extended. I think a lot of ppl are counting on that extra one week to like chiong studies and hw even though it's like really unconfirmed. But the cases in Singapore seems to be spreading quite quickly. it's going to hit 200 soon :/

Fortunately tmr not staying at home.

Stay at home whole day alone really quite sad. Is that how mummy feels everyday? Is that how God feels when I don't have time for Him? :(

Well, nothing much to say. Whole day nv do anything or talk to anybody so nothing interesting happened either. Today's weather very hot...

I think everyone should always live for themselves cuz if u base ur decision on others, there's a possibility that you will regret it someday.

Here's to blog about the peer tutoring program since it's friday:)

Hmm... I really enjoyed teaching my tutees. Though they were a bit playful and didn't want to do their work sometimes, they're really nice and generally still listen to me:) I hope they learned from this tuition program and that it will help them in their exams. I think they have a really good VP. He is very nice and very encouraging. Quite impressed by him! I didn't use to have a very good impression of the students cuz every time I see them on the bus then they'll be quite noisy and rowdy. But I guess it's normally for students their age ba, since they're with all their friends. But this tutoring program changed my impression of them XD Haha as their VP said, they're really great kids! Just that once in a while they forget and go a bit overboard. So his job is to bring them back:) Oh and another quote from the VP "If you don't clap for yourself, who will?" so he believes in clapping for ppl when they do something good to encourage them. *clap clap*

Band elections today! So fast. I still remember standing up there super nervously making a speech one year ago. One year just flew away o.O

Firstly, well done to all juniors who ran for a post. It takes quite a lot of courage to stand in front of the whole band to give a speech and answer questions:) And also a lot of time and effort to prepare and lots of lack of sleep due to nervousness haha.

And thus, congrats to those who managed to get the posts that they were running for:) Jiayou for the next 1 year. hcband jiu jiao gei ni men le!

For the rest that didn't manage to get their desired posts, don't be too upset. It's the process that matters. As long as you know you did your best, you won't regret. And anyway, you can still contribute to the band in your own way and have a really good time in band in the next 1 year! (just like I did:D speaking from experience haha) Just put the same amount of passion and enthusiasm into the band as you put into ur running for posts and I can ensure you that the next one year will be a really enjoyable and memorable one.

And seriously, why do people like to bring their own problems into elections. (I'm talking about elections in general. Like even during council elections, fac head elections, band elections these kind of things happen)If you don't like the person running, sort it out personally and don't make everybody listen to it. It's either you just like to make ppl look bad if the person really did something wrong or you are in the wrong and you are too much of a coward to approach the person personally so you bring it up hoping to garner support by purposely leaving out some parts of the story. What's the point really.

Oh and I just want to post a random thing that I copied on a piece of scrap paper so that I can throw away the paper XP

It's tuesday today!

Zi gu and family came over for dinner and they just went back. Haven't had dinner together for some time. It was quite pleasant:) Jamie came too! haha she's so cute. She's only like 4? and she has english tuition o.O

Had peer tutoring yesterday and today and I'm really glad to say that I'm improving haha. Sound funny right. Since I'm the tutor it should be the tutees who are improving. But I don't think I did a good job yesterday. Today was better:) My tutees are nice too! And I really look forward to going back there for the rest of the week XD But sadly tmr cannot go cuz of band elections. They'll be short of 3 tutors! Cuz Sharon and Zhen Sheng will also be at band elections. Oh and I think they have a good VP. The things he say are quite inspiring and stuff and he's really nice. Hope there's time to maybe look around the school some day. I think I'll blog abt the peer tutoring overall on friday when it's over.

Ok randomly decided to blog. Let's see what I've been doing this holidays so far.

Monday went school for PSC assessment in the morning. Went for lunch and caught up with vic-ki XD Then went home and went for harmoc concert at night, support liting and lithong. The concert was quite enjoyable. I liked the repertoire:)

Tuesday went to school in the afternoon for CLL lesson. we had lesson from 1.30 to 6pm straight can you believe it o.O Halfway through we all dying of cold, hunger and boredom. Haha say until like so bad. It was actually okay lah. We got food from the LEP room. And funnily, our class became super high towards the end. Like everybody else all sian diao then we still laughing and joking and being the only ones who respond to lin lao shi (although maybe not the response that he wants XP) Yang Lu still wanted to get Zhang Lao Shi for consult after we finish -.- Then mummy, yan and I went expo for the popular fair and the food fair and went airport to fetch daddy back:) Funny how I always meet people that I know when I go to the airport.

Today. Finally started doing work. Finished differentiation:) Irritating that Math always take so long to finish. Then it's like so little is done after a very long time. And daddy bought back part 2 of the show! So we watched it XD
