Had CSM today. The high school band performance was quite good:) They spun their instrus! I'm always very amazed by that, cuz we never do that in nanyang band. Too dangerous. Not worth trying then end up having to run nine rounds-.- Yup, nycb was selling drinks and snacks. The bubble tea sold out super fast lah. But I think they had quite a lot of snacks left. They should have raised quite a lot of money:)

For the events, Nanyang won the staff 8x50m relay as usual. Yay! They're so pro:) They totally won by a mile! Got Mr Mark Shone, Mrs Wong and I dunno who else. Too far away to see their faces clearly. Erm Apollo won the inter fac cheering and sports event thing. We won the interschool cheering competition! Amazing! I thought that Nanyang would win cuz girls can scream really loudly if they wanted to.

Yup then had Chem make up lesson and band prac. Had lots of time to slack before band prac. Ended up playing cards in the band room. There was one round when my cards totally owned. The seniors were like "aiya, sure win one lah. Start bidding with 5. Got chance to win 13-0"

Band was rather slack i think. Only played 3 songs. Oh, I finally know how they spin their instruments cuz Luther did it. They use string to tie their trumpets-.- Yup, then went home after band.

Tmr Labour Day. Going for section lunch with the nanyang CATS:) Haha, meet the new sec 1s. Oh ya, I'm going to China during June. Must make full use of the time to mug and hopefully will have some time to shop:)

And tmr must do homework and study for test! Mon got Chem test:( Must not fail!

I wanted to post the pics but blogger got problem:( Next time k? Or you want me to send to your email also can.

Went to watch squash finals today. The hc team totally owned rj. I think there was supposed to be 10 matches and need to win 5 to be the champion. We won the first 5! (I think, either first 5 or 5 out of the first 6) Jillian was so pro! She won the match like 9-0. Mr Khairul purposely came to watch her. Yay! I like the hc spirit:) And I realised that for almost every sport, it'll be hc vs rj to fight for the champion.

Yuck, tmr got a really really horrible timetable. There's like lessons from 7.45am to 7pm with only one half an hour break for the entire day! And somemore there's no GP or PW so cannot eat during lessons. Alumni prac starts at 7pm-.- Our class is seriously lagging behind lah(not because of me!) cuz we missed a lot of lessons when public holidays fall on weekdays. Now almost every subject also got make up lesson:( Even Ms Huo wants a make up lesson for GP...

Oh, I bought new markers:D

I'll try not to emo here. Or rather, I'll try not to make it too obvious if I really do. And all the emo ppl, please cheer up!

Hmmm... went for Research Symposium today. Didn't really listen. We were forced to go. They said they'll give demerit points if we dun go... The only more interesting thing was that Dina and Elizabeth were the emcees. Oh, and nanyang students and teachers came! Ms Lye came:) Erm, then the band ppl were doing our usual thing in the band room:)

Ya, then went for lunch and went home. Nothing special happened.

Actually didn't want to blog. But since I'm like slacking now and don't feel like doing any work, I shall blog, to entertain ppl who actually reads this:) (not that it's very entertaining)

Hmmm... PE today was slack. Mr Leng had to watch ppl take NAPFA so we just slack there lor. Played volleyball with Grace, May, Charles, Jia Chen and Jelly. Haha, I can hit the ball! After that had chem spa. I thought I did the calculations wrong again so spent a lot of time worrying abt it and checking the whole thing again. Then after the whole thing, I realised that it was correct after all. Yay!

Went to support the table tennis players for their finals. HC ended up doing the Raffles cheer and RJ did the HC cheer-.- The A div girls won champion:)

Had band prac. It was fun as usual. Band is always fun to me:) (ok, maybe not always. most of the time) We had a trumpet instructor that came and took sectionals. He was rather pro. And he had a C trumpet. So exciting!

I hope we play Phantom on fri :D Oh ya, we finally managed to make the band concert announcement this morning. And surpringly, Luther was early without having me to remind him *gasp.

Going to be left with the butterflies tmr morning cuz Elizabeth's going for interview...

Actually wanted to emo on my blog today. But dun feel like already. The post won't be too happy though.

Hmm...bio test was ok. Not as difficult as the last one, esp after they changed the essay qn. Hopefully can pass. But I failed CLL and math test. Got them back today. How in the world did I manage to fail math test? CLL is normal. But I actually studied for that test. And I still failed:( Think my results are getting from bad to worse lah.

Seriously need to study harder. Half of term 2 is over already. And my results are still like that. I never did what lin lao shi asked me to do. I'm like always not performing up to expectations. Actually when I don't do well for tests, why I feel upset is because I'll end up disappointing someone. I'm not upset that I didn't do as well as expected(I don't really expect much). But rather cuz I did not study as much as I was supposed to and did not do my best.

Ok, just had a rather inspirational talk with my dad. Got quite a lot of insights now. Shall do some serious reflection. I'll try my best.

I really miss my Nanyang friends...

Thanks to everyone who remembered my birthday:)

Went to church today. Yan's friend came too. I was singing for storm. Can't remember the lyrics to love enough and perfect love so end up keep trying to look at the screen. This is bad:( ya, then had cell and pool lesson. I can't do that drill lah. Supposed to hit both balls into the pocket and I can't even hit one. I think I spent more than 1 hour trying to do that and didn't even manage to succeed 10 times:(

Went ama house for dinner. Surprise! Zi tong was there too:) Like super long never see him already, ever since he came to Singapore. Then celebrated my birthday again. I think this year is the year that I have the most number of birthday cakes. Last sun, the cell bought me a small cake. Then on Fri, my section bought me a cake. And on Sat, some church ppl bought me another cake(Joyce said it was the 3 guys). And aunty florence bought a cheesecake for me too:) Then today, at ama house got another cake. And if count the small cake that Zachary made, there'll be like 6 cakes altogether!

Ok, I should go study. But like got a lot of ppl haven't study finish also. Elizabeth not going to study CLL. Then Jiachen said he haven't start studying bio. But then knowing these ppl, they'll end up doing rather well too, so I should study.... NOW!!!

PS to the person who was the first to wish me happy birthday: if you read this today, mind sending a msg? so I can keep it:)

Ok, this is a different post on a different day. I managed to study what I wanted to study:) Although haven't finish what I'm supposed to study yet. I finished enzymes, cell structure, cell membrane, DNA and the 2 tang shi. Still got proteins and 3 song ci. Erm, attempt to study them tmr. Like bring go church and ama house or something.

And I'll do a thank you post after I get all my presents. I should go sleep now cuz tmr must wake up early to go church. Goodnight! Or rather goodmorning! :)

Today is Gabriel's birthday. Happy Birthday Gabriel!!! :)

School was quite normal I guess. We had council pres elections in the morning. Results are Jeremy as pres and qi han as vice-pres. Actually I also dun know them. Oh ya. It rained this morning so in the end didn't get to make the band concert announcement:( Luther was the best lah. I told him to come early so that I won't have to play the phantom alone. Then this morning at 6.15am he msged me 'eh raining leh, still need to come early or not?' Nicholas said no more announcement so I told him dun need. Guess what he did? He went back to sleep and reached school at 8.30am-.-

During the one hour break before CT, Peihua, Grace, Jelly, Jia chen, Elizabeth and I went to curry wok to eat. It was fun! Cuz Jelly and Grace were very funny:)

Then had band after lessons. It was quite fun too! We kept playing out of time for Armenian dances. But phantom was quite ok except for the solo that someone made me play. Played that note wrongly. Sorry, forgot your motto again. But I guess the tone was ok since Jia chen thought it was Luther playing it-.- Nvm, I'm not going to play that solo again anyway. Heck it.

Oh ya. My section celebrated my birthday for me! THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Quite surprised cuz I didn't expect them to remember. And they kept the surprise well cuz I totally didn't suspect anything, even when Zhijie came to ask me to go out of the band room for dunno what reason. The card is cute(haha jonathan and luther only have 3 strands of hair!) and the present is really pretty:) Dina also gave me my present already:) Thank you!

GP was really funny today. Too bad Jiachen missed it. He would have liked it cuz it's quite his style. Kope from Elizabeth's blog cuz I lazy to type:)

I think I should give some background info first: You are in country where a nuclear war is going to erupt. There are 8 people but only 5 spaces in the bomb shelter. Come up with an argument to convince the others that you should live. There are a few characters: white teacher, nurse, black cleaner, chinese butcher, white politician, black prostitude, little malay girl, priest.

Decided to post afterall:)

Actually I was quite tired today. Like going to fall asleep during the lesson and I was sleeping on the way back but in the end come home use the com then dun feel like sleeping already. Shall post random stuff ba.

Math test today was not very good. Actually I think it's not very difficult but I didn't study much so cannot expect too much. Should be able to pass though. I realised that people have high expectations of me. Like thinking that I dun have to study to do well, that I'll understand stuff that ppl dun understand, that I'm always listening during lessons. It's like all not true. But I think I really have to start working harder, stop procrastinating and start listening to lectures.

My Chem is going to die. Don't understand a single thing since the starting of Chem bonding. I really have to get rid of the attitude of not listening when I dun like the lecturer cuz in the end, the one that loses out is me. And there's like bio and CLL test next Mon. I must start studying for them now. Bio got 5 topics and CLL got 5 topics. All super content-based. If dun study can really get zero :(

Haiz... I shall go sleep soon. I'm going to spend the whole week mugging so dun expect updates:)

Hmmm... it was raining this morning so no assembly and dun need to play national anthem. I was dreading CLL cuz I didn't do my san wen. I attempted to do it. But the night before, I stared the paper for 45mins but in the end, my paper was still empty. So I gave up and just decided to go to sleep. Luckily Zhang lao shi was nice and extended the deadline to mon:) Cuz only one person the entire class did it haha.

Then had GP essay test. I was taking my own sweet time to write cuz I thought I had a lot of time. End up rushing the back a bit. I think it was quite crap. Hope can pass lah. After that had Chem test. Chem test was worse than GP test. Dunno how to do quite a few cuz I didn't study at all. I was trying to study at the CT bench in the morning in the bus and at the CT bench. Only manage to absorb a little bit of info haiz...

Then had pw after the break. Went to the com lab and we ended up slacking-.- The rest of the lessons not very exciting. After that had band! :) When I was walking to SALT centre, I was taking my time to walk slowly and stopping to watch the high school band cuz they were practising in the field. They were quite pro lah. They should be! Cuz their SYF is tmr! Jia you!:) Then when i finally reached SALT centre, I heard them playing phantom so I ran up! Cuz I want to play phantom and from what I heard they were going to finish the song already. There was some supposedly very pro guy who came to give a masterclass. It was quite fun lah. We played phantom for quite some time. Haha Luther claimed he was dying cuz he had to play the whole of Phantom by himself cuz I was late. I'm sure he was exaggerating. Yuck, I got solo for phantom:( Although it's just a very small one, I'm the only person playing:(((After phantom, we played hymn to the sun. And it was then that I was really dying. The notes super high and the guy keep on wanting us to repeat and must blast somemore. Cuz if I dun blast, nothing will come out:/ Even Mr Leng agrees that he's torturing us... Play until my lips got my mouthpiece mark and my teeth mark:( But it was rather fun, just that very tiring.

After that came home lor. Cuz quite late already. See lah I'm narrating again.

Shall blog abt today:) Erm there was supposed to be Bio make up lesson but Mr Khairul cancelled it at the last minute. Everyone was actually super prepared to have bio lesson cuzwe all brought a lot of food to last us for the whole day. So in the end we spam GP lesson with food. There was like Lays, Ruffles, biscuits etc.

Haiz...tmr got GP essay test and chem class test. GP essay test cannot refer to the essay plan:( I'll just go there and spend half the time thinking lah. And must hand in san wen tmr! I haven't do. Dunno what to write. Anybody got ideas want to help me? Haha the topics are 我要握着你的手，雕刻心中的天使 or 人与路。I think so lah. Cannot find the piece of paper so I try to remember but not very accurate I think. Must choose one topic and write an essay of not less than 800 words! I am so going to die.

Ok, I should get ready to go for piano. And anyway I think daddy wants to used. I koped the com cuz he's on the phone:)

Must come watch!!! They'll be really nice:) Ok, continue about today. We did tuning for 2.5hrs during band today. Haiz... a bit sian. The high school's beloved bm started changing the pad of his water key and he was highly amused by it. Keep on saying so cool. And I was really amused at how he can be amused over such a small thing-.- Ya, then cuz we took so long to do tuning, we started prac-ing the songs late and band ended late. Ended at around 7.15pm. Then by time walk back to college and everything it was really rather late. Reached home at 8.30pm. And somemore had NAPFA 2.4km run today, so tiring. I didn't run very fast. Slowed down from last year by quite a lot. Nvm lah, dun fail can le.

Haiz... feel like asking daddy abt pool thing again. If he really doesn't want me to go for the lessons then I dun go lor. But I scared later he dun even let me play pool, like leisurely. If don't ask, then there won't be this instruction that says I cannot play so I can still play though I won't feel good about it. It'll be like bluffing him. Quandary... I shall just ask ba. If he dun allow me to play, then... i also dun know what I'm going to do. Most probably dun play lor, but i'll be really sad:(

Haha I should be doing my work so this is a short update for ppl who are bored and actually read this. School was ok today. Quite normal I guess. GSC was super funny as usual. Spent half the lesson laughing. Had lesson until 6:(

I should be doing math revision. Tmr got assignment. Mrs Yap said that I fell short of expectations for the last one so I must do better tmr. Yes. And later still must go bake muffins. Tmr is Liting's birthday. Oh, and today is Joyce's birthday.(not the church one) Happy Birthday JOYCE!

Yuck. Tmr got NAPFA 2.4 :(

I just realised that cuz of Bio make up lesson, all the CLL ppl don't have a break for the entire day! We can all die without eating from 7.45am to 3pm. How can they torture us like that !?!?!? Hmmph!

Oh yay! CLL test is over:) *huge beam. I think I should be able to pass. Today everybody brought jacket but the LT wasn't that cold haha. Oh there was something quite funny. Ok, some background info first. We were supposed to memorise chen qing biao. There were 4 paragraphs in total. Only 2 will be tested. I could memorise the 1st, 2nd and 4th one. I thought the 3rd one was rather difficult. Actually the first part of the 3rd para was difficult, the 2nd part was relatively easy. Ya, then in the end the 3rd and 4th paragraphs were tested for the test. So I happily started writing the 3rd paragraph. When I finished the difficult part I was so happy that I managed to remember. Then started on the fourth paragraph. After finishing the 4th paragraph, I looked around then see ppl still writing. I thought I finish so fast then quite happy. BUT after reading the whole thing again, I realised that I forgot to write the easy part of the 3rd paragraph! End up must rewrite the whole thing:( So blur lah. But lucky I managed to spot it before I handed it in. At first I was taking my time to write and trying to write nicely, then the second time one became messy:(

Oh ya. My handphone is back from the repair shop. Haha they changed the cover for me so it looks new now:) But need to transfer contacts very troublesome... But I did it while watching tv just now.

I am supposed to be doing work now. Next Mon got math test. I must start studying from today so that I won't have to end up rushing to study during the weekends like what I did for CLL test. And I don't want to go for whatever LEP thing there is this Sat! I am going to use band as an excuse for the afternoon one. Let's hope that storm can be a valid reason for not going for the morning one:) Aiya, if cannot then I just crap up some reason lah.

As I said in the previous post, today was actally a happy day. And now that I'm done ranting, I shall blog abt the happy stuff that happen today. Went for church today. Going to church is always a happy thing:D And it's enough to make every Sunday a happy day. The youth presented history maker:) It was rather good I think.

Then had youth service. I was singing for the worship. Hmm dunno why I wasn't nervous. Maybe I'm used to being on stage already haha. Ya, then watch the video and had cell. Rayson was taking Joyan's cell today. Jami took our cell. Guess we were a bit not serious but it's like that then fun mah. I think we should be a bit more serious next time bah, give the cell leaders a easier time.

After that waited for Yan to finish. Got some stuff cannot write here and you know why.(I think) Yup, then came home for dinner and study for CLL test. Yuck, a lot of things to remember. Got some still haven't memorise yet. Planning to study in the bus and in the morning tmr. Hope that I can pass. I guess if I memorise all that I need to memorise, I should be able to pass. Cuz the other half is application qn. And looking at my CLL 'skills'(or rather lack of), I dun think I can do well for application qn.

Oh and I realised that it's good to seek God before starting to study. Cuz actually I wasn't in the mood to study. Then I prayed and took my mp3 and started listening to Christian songs. After that could focus better. At least I wasn't thinking that much of stuff that I shouldn't be thinking of at that time.

And I dun like the keyboard. Some letters type already won't appear de. Then must read through my whole post to make sure that every letter came out:/

I shall not go for the Chinese lesson tmr. After the CLL test tmr, must start studying for the math test next week. And some more math need time to practise.

Hmmm just reached home not long ago. Band ended rather late today, around 9. Then walked back to college, walked to the bus stop, wait for bus, didn't get up the super crowded bus, waited for the next one and ya, finally reach home at around 10.30pm:/ The other J1s and J2s still went for dinner lah. Bet they're still there eating or rather talking. I decided not to go for dinner cuz I was broke and it was very late already.

Band was fun today:) We played Phantom of the Opera and Armenian Dances:D And I didn't miss the Phantom of the Opera! Cuz they had sectionals when I was having lessons haha. Haiz... mr leng says that we're not improving fast enough. Must prac more. I shall bring scores to nanyang tmr to prac. Cuz I bet alumni prac won't start on time. Dun even know if enough ppl will come for us to prac. I'll bring CLL there to study too. Got test on Mon:(

If you manage to hold on to your dreams for 5 years, it will come true. But most people give up halfway and think that their dream will never become reality.

I shall post a short post cuz someone says that my blog is not updated. Band was really fun today! We played Armenian dances. The really fast part. And can blast super loud! very shuang. Last time in Nanyang I play loud then Ms Chong will tell me to play softer. Now I totally blast and there's still people who blast a lot louder than me. For example, Luther. According to Mr Leng, blasting is the thing he likes to do best. And seriously he's really loud. I was blasting already and I could still hear him though we're at different ends of the section. Jiachen says that my fffz is his f. But I say that is exaggerating:/ And I'm quite sure cuz I can blast too! Supposed to play Phantom today also. But end up no time:( Very sad... We'll play it on Fri but I'm going to be late for band cuz of lessons! :((( Haiz... I hope he starts with the hymn. If he starts with phantom, I think I'll just run to salt centre after my lesson although I might not be needed anyway cuz Luther can just blast his way through. But Phantom is really nice. Nicer than Armenian dances, although Armenian dances is rather nice too. I think ppl will be impressed by the fast part:)

I don't have any ideas for PI. How?! It's due on Fri:( The skill of procrastination again...
